A phlebotomist will visit you at home or at work to carry out your blood draw in advance of your appointment. In your 75-minute consultation we will discuss your diet and lifestyle diary, symptoms, health history and test results.

• 7-day Diet and Lifestyle diary review

• Comprehensive blood test checking 60 biomarkers of health (full details below)

• Phlebotomist visit

• Interpretation and explanation of your results against optimal functional reference ranges

• 75-minute online consultation to discuss your diet, lifestyle, symptoms, health history and test results

• Personalised nutrition and lifestyle recommendations

• Supplement recommendations where appropriate

• 10% discount on supplements

• 15-minute follow-up call at two weeks

• Includes additional time spent researching your plan
