About Me
Clare Bellini BSc (Hons)
DipION rCNHC mBANT

My journey to becoming a Nutritional Therapist is deeply rooted in my own experiences with complex health conditions. Having personally overcome the challenges of digestive problems, hormonal imbalances and fatigue I understand firsthand the impact they have on your life and I am passionate about helping my clients achieve lasting relief through nutrition and lifestyle changes.

Since my teens I’d battled with severe menstrual symptoms and IBS, struggled with bloating and chronic constipation. My health took a significant turn when I was finally diagnosed with adenomyosis in my early 40s, and was often too exhausted to drive, plagued by brain fog and headaches.  Faced with the prospect of relying solely on medication for relief, this provided me with the motivation to take matters into my own hands and find an alternative solution.

Through research and dietary changes, I made some progress. However, the turning point came when I sought the guidance of a Nutritional Therapist who transformed my health. With personalised nutrition and lifestyle advice, I experienced remarkable improvements – my energy levels soared, my pains diminished, moods stabilised and I no longer relied on medication to manage my IBS. I was gradually becoming the old me, only better.

Inspired by my own transformation, I dedicated the next four years of my life to becoming a Nutritional Therapist, studying at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition, where I graduated with a Distinction.

Now, as I comfortably approach menopause, I feel better than ever before.  I love the confidence that comes with being a woman in her 50s. Despite encountering new health challenges along the way, I now possess the tools to tackle them head-on.

Now I Want The Same Transformation for You

I understand how feeling helpless to change what is happening feels and the disappointment of being told your tests were ‘normal’ and there is nothing wrong with you.

I am passionate about sharing the knowledge I’ve acquired and empowering my clients with the tools and know-how to support their individual symptoms and stories.

Now is the perfect time for you to address ongoing health challenges and prepare to embark on the next exciting chapter of your life.

Why you can trust me to help you

It’s becoming increasingly difficult to know who to trust for nutrition advice. We are inundated with conflicting guidance from so-called experts, celebrities and social media influencers. It may come as a surprise to you that the titles ‘Nutritionist’ or ‘Nutritional Therapist’ lack legal protection, allowing anyone, regardless of training to claim these titles. Complicating matters further, we are all individuals and what works for our best friend might not work for us.

I studied Nutritional Therapy for 4 years at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition where I graduated with a Distinction. I am registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) a UK voluntary register of health practitioners, set up with government support to protect the public, allowing them to choose appropriately qualified, trained and insured practitioners. I am a member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) the professional body for Registered Nutritional Therapists. BANT members are trained to work in a 1:1 clinical setting, required to be educated to a high standard and must keep up to date with the latest scientific developments. I also have a Practitioner Membership offering Pharmacology support so you can be confident that I am educated on medication and supplement interaction.

I offer evidence-based nutrition advice, tailoring dietary and lifestyle recommendations to each individual’s unique dietary preferences, goals and health history. I use the Functional Medicine Model to assess a client’s health, taking into account their diet, lifestyle, family history and health journey. I offer guidance to improve health, lower risk of disease and provide support for chronic conditions. However, Nutritional Therapy is not a substitute for medical advice, clients presenting with symptoms indicating a serious health issue will always be referred to their doctor for further evaluation.
