Hello, I’m Clare, a Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner.  I specialise in empowering busy midlife women regain control over their lives, supporting them balance their hormones, lose stubborn weight, boost energy levels, and say goodbye to those persistent health challenges holding them back.


My mission is to equip clients with the most effective nutrition and lifestyle strategies tailored to their unique needs and goals, allowing them to navigate through perimenopause and beyond with confidence and vitality.
